ESALQ Food research group invites everyone to join our first Workshop titled "Nutritional considerations about the plant-based protein transition", in which we will be discussing sustainability, animal vs plant protein, viable plant proteins, micronutrients, demographics, and diets. So, we invited the group It's Protein, a   young and passionate team composed of nine students from around the world with 1 mission: to create the most ACCESSIBLE platform for plant-based eating for people with dietary restrictions.
