The World Class Manager Award is the annual recognition granted by IBS Americas to executives, institutions, and educators who drive the internationalization of the Brazilian economy.

Since 2013, the award has honored presidents and directors of major companies, State Ministers, Diplomats, and leaders who have left a lasting legacy in the business world.

There are three categories: Executive, Academic, and Institutional. Nominations come from students and members of our academic community, while the winners are chosen by a committee composed of IBS Americas directors and representatives from society.

On the same evening, we also celebrate the Academic Awards, which recognize the Outstanding Students from the international programs held throughout the year. These are students who stood out for their academic performance, classroom participation, and engagement with the international experience, examples of the excellence we strive to promote in every edition.

The awards are presented during a gala dinner, bringing together executives, professors, and students from Brazil and abroad. It is an evening of celebration, networking, and reunions.

Social Impact - Orquestra Locomotiva

WCMA 2026 will feature a special performance by Orquestra Locomotiva, bringing music and purpose together in one of the most meaningful moments of the evening.

Founded in 2008, the organization provides music education to children and teenagers aged 7 to 17 from socially vulnerable communities in Greater São Paulo, fostering talent, discipline, self-confidence, and new perspectives for the future.

This year, Orquestra Locomotiva was selected as the organization to receive the proceeds raised through WCMA 2026. The funds will help strengthen and expand its work, bringing music, culture, and opportunities to even more children and teenagers.

An evening to celebrate achievements, support a meaningful cause, and help transform lives through education and music.

Join us for this unforgettable moment.

The WCMA 2026 awaits you.
