Being prepared to negotiate with different countries and regions is strategic for companies that are born or become global.  

Creating a business from scratch to conquer the world requires founders to think carefully about some elements key to growing internationally. We will cover these elements so you can get a head start in your growth stage in global markets.

In this 30-minute session, you will receive insights, and learn practical skills to help you navigate the world and expand your business.

We suggest arriving in advance as the rooms have a maximum capacity and we will accommodate you on a first-come, first-served basis. 
You must have a Web Summit Rio ticket to access our mentoring hub.
 
About the mentor
Raquel is an international strategist designer working to help more companies go global. Her expertise includes project management, international strategies, international setup, global expansion, international sales, international branding, product fit, strategic planning and set up of international operations. She enjoys interacting with CEOs and helping them decide which market they should go to next, and then designing the plan and executing the setup. 

Currently, Raquel is working on projects with investment promotion agencies to support startups going global. She also teaches skills to entrepreneurs and professionals who need to interact with international clients and stakeholders. Her sectors of expertise include startups, technology, innovation, fintech, e-commerce, fashion, retail, infrastructure, ports, and government.
