About the mentors
Raquel is an international strategist designer working to help more companies go global. Her expertise includes project management, international strategies, international setup, global expansion, international sales, international branding, product fit, strategic planning and set up of international operations. She enjoys interacting with CEOs and helping them decide which market they should go to next, and then designing the plan and executing the setup. Currently, Raquel is working on projects with investment promotion agencies to support startups going global. She also teaches skills to entrepreneurs and professionals who need to interact with international clients and stakeholders. Her sectors of expertise include startups, technology, innovation, fintech, e-commerce, fashion, retail, infrastructure, ports, and government.
Kayo Albuquerque - Human Resources Business Partner - The HEINEKEIN CompanyKayo is a lawyer specializing in International Talent Mobility. He has extensive experience in international expansion and talent management across various countries. He has worked at companies such as iFood, O Boticário, and RD Station, and has also served as a Mobility mentor at Acate.
Priscila Rodrigues - Consultant - BR-VisaInternationalist and passionate about global mobility, she has international experience through academic, professional and personal experiences, exchanges in Portugal and Switzerland, and having met different people and cultures in 21 countries. She has worked for almost 7 years in the Global Mobility sector in the Growth and New Business areas at BR-VISA; and worked for 4 years as a Trade-Marketing analyst, coordinating audit projects for companies in the technology segment.
