Prof. Dr. Hiroshi Tanaka

Dr. Tanaka spent 42 years with JGC Holdings, Japan’s top and the world-top five engineering & construction and program management company operating mainly oil refining, natural gas processing, petrochemicals projects as well social services facilities projects in such corporate functions as project management technology, administration as staff to senior management of project operations divisions, QSHE, contracting and division company board member. Dr. Tanaka is currently Professor of Strategy, Project and Program Management; he has served as time-sharing professor at totally nine graduate schools in France, Ukraine, Senegal, Russia and Japan either as supervisory professor for Ph.D. candidates or credit module director on the doctoral or master levels. Concurrently he is serving as project and program management course director at AOTS - The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships since 2009. Dr. Tanaka has Bachelor of Law, Ph.D. in Strategy, Project and Program Management (France) and Doctor of Project Management Hon. (Ukraine). He speaks Japanese and English (business language), Spanish, Indonesian and French.
