Context:

Singularity University's primary purpose is to foster discussions and analysis facing current and future global grand challenges and the role of exponential technologies. Thus, nothing more coherent than the creation of branches of the organization in different countries, which today make up the 178 SingularityU Chapters spread in more than 73 countries.

Chapters Format:

The Chapters consist of collaborative teams of volunteers with an interest in fostering the local innovation ecosystem, focusing on spreading Singularity University's mission to solve the great problems of the humanity through exponential technologies.

The main tools of the chapter for moving the ecosystem are the results of the connections generated, the organized events, the impacts caused and the innovations shown by and for the local community.

Ligia was Head of Marketing for CyberSecurity and Cloud at IBM LATAM, and Director of Digital Business at AAXIS Global, and for the past 10 years, she has been a College Professor. Graduated in Administration at FGV/ESAGS, Masters in Global Talent Management by PUC-SP with extension at the University of Wuhan, China.
