Larissa Sigiliano, General Manager - BW Offshore 

Larissa is a Petroleum Engineer graduated from PUC-RJ (2008-2009), has a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (2003-2006), and is a Civil Engineer from the UFJF (1998-2002). Currently, she serves as the General Manager at BW Offshore, a position she has held since January 2022. Previously, she was the Commercial Manager at the same company. Larissa has also worked as the Commercial Manager at Queiroz Galvão Óleo e Gás S.A. from January 2007 to June 2018.

Silvia Nunes, Director - Constellation

With over 20 years in Human Resources within the Oil and Gas sector, Silvia Nunes is a seasoned leader known for expertise in salary structures, incentives, and total compensation strategy. She has managed HR operations for 2500 employees, led international startups, navigated IPOs, and optimized payroll tax efficiency.
