However, CBD products containing more than 0.3% THC still fall under the legal definition of marijuana, making them federally illegal but legal under some state laws. Be sure to check state laws, especially when traveling. Also, keep in mind that the FDA has not approved nonprescription CBD products, and some products may be inaccurately labeled.

Introduction to CBDfx

CBDfx began business in California in 2014, and the founders claim it is the world’s second-largest privately held CBD company.

CBDfx sells a wide variety of CBD products, including gummies, capsules, tinctures, topicals, and vaping supplies. The products are subject to a lengthy production process before they become available to purchase.

The process starts with non-GMO hemp that grows organically and without pesticides in Kentucky. CBDfx uses a CO2 process to extract CBD from the plant. The company’s facilities have accreditation from Current Good Manufacturing Processes (cGMP)Trusted Source, and strict manufacturing and testing guidelines are in place.

Third-party labs test all products and tag them with a QR code so that individuals can easily see what their products contain.

Before purchasing any CBDfx products, a person should consider the benefits and downsides of the brand.

Who is CBDfx for?

CBDfx caters to people looking for CBD in various forms, including capsules, gummies, tinctures, bathing products, and masks.

Its products are more affordable than many other CBD brands, meaning it may be a suitable choice for people working with a smaller budget or wanting to try CBD for the first time. There are also low dose products containing as little as 5 mg of CBD per serving, which may also be a good option for those new to CBD.
