Teremos novamente a realização do Curso Lean Startup, da Universidade de Berkeley, aqui no Link Lab!

O curso será ministrado pelos professores da UDESC e tem como público-alvo as startups na fase de validação do negócio.

Aos interessados em participar, no dia 20/03 às 18h, será feita uma apresentação geral do curso, para passar informações e tirar dúvidas sobre o funcionamento. Não deixe de vir!

Program Goals: 

1. Give the Team an experiential learning opportunity to help determine the commercial readiness of their technology.
2. Enable the Team to develop a clear go/no go decision regarding commercial viability of the project.
3. Develop a transition plan to move the technology forward to market, if the Team decides to do so.

Success Requirements:

This program requires in-depth preparation and significant effort outside of your offices. 

Each Team member must commit to Program Session time plus at least 15+ additional hours per week for Customer Discovery.

Program Roadmap:

• Each session is organized around:
• A lecture on one of the 9 building blocks of the business model as described in Business Model Generation or another relevant topic.
• Team presentations on your “Lessons Learned” from getting out of the building and iterating or pivoting your business model.
• Your ongoing log of your Customer Discovery process in your Customer Interview Deck.

Program Deliverables:

• Each Team will be required to deliver:
• A record of the Team’s customer discovery progress
• A weekly, 5-minute presentation on your progress. Your weekly and final slide decks should not contain any proprietary information. They should focus on your business model and customer discovery. 
• A 2-minute video capturing your lessons learned from the program.
