Below is a tutorial explaining how easy it is to buy your Sympla ticket. Follow the steps and have a great carnival!
To purchase one or more tickets for The Week carnival event, go to
https://www.sympla.com.br/theweek and select the event you are interested in.
As soon as the event page opens, in the upper right corner of the page select the language of your choice (English or Spanish).
On the ticket grid select the amount of tickets you want to buy and click on the orange button to proceed with your purchase.
Fill in the registration form with your personal details. In the payment information, click on the option credit card. Below this option select 'No' for the question 'Card issued in Brazil?'. Then fill in the information of your card and click ‘Continue’.
Make sure your data is correct and complete the purchase.
When the process is finished, you will receive your purchase confirmation and your ticket file in your email. You can also access your ticket in the Sympla app.

POLICIES ON ONLINE TICKET PURCHASES
The ticket is personal (nominal). You are required to present an original and official identification document with photo, along with the printed ticket or in the Sympla app, for validation of ownership;
Ownership exchanges can only be made by the holder of the purchase and through the Sympla app. If you haven’t installed it yet, click on one of the following options: symp.la/android | symp.la/ios. You must have a Sympla account to access your tickets. After logging in, go to the "Ingressos (Tickets)" tab, click on the event you purchased and in the "Opções (Options)" menu, select "Editar participantes (Edit participants)". Choose which ticket you want to modify, click on “Continuar” and follow the steps on the screen. Make sure the information you are inserting is correct before confirming the change, as this exchange can only be made once per ticket. In case of purchase regret, the refund of the ticket value will only be made if requested within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase, and provided that it is made 48 (forty eight) hours prior to the start time of the event, at the most. This request must be made by the holder of the purchase through the e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org;
If you have not received the ticket (or registration) file in your email, you can access it at any time using the Sympla app, on the Sympla website in "Meus ingressos (My Tickets)" menu, by contacting us through email@example.com or accessing this link: bit.ly/CadeMeuIngresso (in Portuguese);
