Vice-President of Co-Innovation and IT/IoT Alliances at Bosch.
Dirk Slama has 25 years of experience in entreprise IT, both in technical and managerial roles. He is currently the Vice-President of Co-Innovation and IT/IoT Alliances at Bosch, and the Director of the Co-Innovation Hub at Ferdinand-Steinbeis-Institut (FSTI).
He holds an MBA degree in General Management by the International Institute for Management Development, and a PhD degree in Information Systems by the Technische Universität Berlin.
Since 2003 working with Product Management and BizDev. In this period, has developed more than 100 industrial products and supported more than 50 companies in launching their solutions, including startups and multinationals from several market segments.
B.Sc. in Industrial Design, Master Degree in Lean Development and started PhD in Industrial Engineering with focus on Sustainable Business Models for Startups but dropped out, to dedicate full time in enterpreunership.
Since 2010 has been a Post-Graduate Professor teaching Business Models, Fundraising, Startups, Product Development, and Entrepreneurship classes at UFSC, UNIVALI, PUC-PR and UniChapecó. Since then, has published articles in journals and congresses, referenced in dozens of other publications on topics related to multi-criterion decision analysis and the sustainable new product development process.

Enterprise Architect in IoT and Customer Experience at Bosch.
Fabienne is a community & training expert in the field of AIoT & Digitalization. She gained > 10 years of experience in digital media, analytics, and training in advertising agencies at the Springer Nature Group, and in corporate IT Functions at Bosch. She is passionate about building knowledge within the organization and drives cultural change in the context of Bosch's digital transformation.
Steffen is co-leading the Stuttgart Connectory of Bosch driving outside-in innovation. He graduated in Business Administration with a focus on entrepreneurship, strategy and innovation. Before, Steffen joined Bosch 2 years ago, he co-founded an AIoT startup in the automotive domain and worked in various strategy teams within a large German industrial conglomerate.
Michael Weniger
Michael is a proven applied AI expert. He studied and received his PhD in Mathematics from the University of Bonn with a mathematical focus on climate models. In the past, he has helped build AI/Deep Learning infrastructure and use cases around fraud detection, dynamic pricing and image analysis at DHL Post & Parcel. Since 2019 he is a Lead Data Scientist at DHL P&P, and responsible for AI Strategy, Development of AI Platforms and AI Lifecycle Management. He is also a founding member of the AIoT usergroup.
Target Group: Corporate associates across all functions (Bosch & External), AI & IoT enthusiasts; deep tech startup founders.
